Tapi kok males bikin kue ya? Tapi kalow dibiarin busuk sayang juga, menyia-nyiakan makanan. Akhirnya mengandalkan jurus pamungkas, dibikin puding aja. Intip dapur &lt;a href="http://resepnugraha.net/"&gt;Mbak Astri&lt;/a&gt;, ada resep puding pisang, tapi pake telor dan krim kental. Resepnya super duper gampang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;1 bungkus agar-agar&lt;br /&gt;2 buah pisang ambon yang udah mateng banget, haluskan &lt;br /&gt;65 ml santan instan&lt;br /&gt;700 ml air&lt;br /&gt;gula jawa disisir, semanisnya&lt;br /&gt;secubit garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara bikin:&lt;br /&gt;Campurin semua bahan, rebus sampe mendidih. Tuang di cetakan, biarkan beku. Biar lebih maknyus, simpan dulu di kulkas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Baru sekali ini bikin puding pisang, ternyata enak juga loh. Cuma penampilannya kurang oke nih, ampas gula jawanya bikin puding kurang kinclong. Salah setting, harusnya disaring dulu sebelum pisangnya masuk, huhu. Laen kali direvisi, trus ditambah cengkeh, aromanya lebih mantep kali ya? Yak, Mbak Hesti bikin bagelen kering (dia nyebutnya roti garenteng) dari roti tawar yang juga bikinan sendiri. Berubung males ngetikin resepnya, kalow mo nyobain bikin liat &lt;a href="http://www.marthastewart.com/339779/healthy-morning-muffins"&gt;di sini&lt;/a&gt; aja yak. Masih males juga? Niiihh, aku terjemahin ya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="item-list"&gt;&lt;ul class="content-multigroup-group-ingredient"&gt;&lt;li class="ingredient"&gt;1 1/4 cup tepung terigu protein sedang (aku pake protein rendah)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="ingredient"&gt;1/2 cup brown sugar (aku pake gula palem)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="ingredient"&gt;1/2 sdt baking soda&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="ingredient"&gt;1/2 sdt baking powder&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="ingredient"&gt;1/2 sdt pala bubuk&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="ingredient"&gt;1/2 teaspoon garam&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="ingredient"&gt;1 cup havermut (aku pake yang instan)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="ingredient"&gt;1/2 cup kismis, rendam air panas&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="ingredient"&gt;3 sdm minyak zaitun (pake minyak biasa aja, zaitun mahal :p)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="ingredient"&gt;1 telur&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="ingredient"&gt;1/3 cup susu cair&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="ingredient last"&gt;4 buah (200 gram) wortel, serut&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="ingredient last"&gt;1 buah (150 gram) pisang, haluskan&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Cara bikin: &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="recipe-section instructions"&gt;&lt;div class="item-list"&gt;&lt;ol class="content-multigroup-group-steps"&gt;&lt;li class="step first"&gt;Panaskan oven 180 derajat celsius. Campur tepung, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, pala, dan garam. Masukkan oatmeal dan kismis. Tambahkan minyak, telur, susu, wortel, dan pisang. Aduk rata&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="step last"&gt;Isi cetakan muffin yang udah dialasi paper cup 3/4 penuh. Oven sampe matang. Tes dengan tusuk gigi/lidi buat ngecek dah mateng apa belom.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Muffin ini teksturnya lembut, kek bolu, cuma rada basah karena ada campuran wortel dan pisangnya. Yang jelas sih sehat bangeeet. Panaskan minyak zaitun, tumis bawang bombai dan bawang putih hingga harum.Masukkan tepung gandum sambil diaduk hingga kecokelatan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tuangi susu kedelai secara bertahap sambil terus diaduk, biarkan hinggamendidih.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan ayam, wortel, kacang polong, jagung manis, kuning telur, merica dangaram. Aduk rata, angkat. Masukkan putih telur dan sebagian keju parut, adukrata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Trus sayurannya cumapake wortel soalnya cuma itu yang ada di kulkas. Nggak punya keju cheddar pula,jadinya pake keju lembaran yang diiris tipis buat hiasan. Kocok margarin, tepung gula, dan mokapasta 40 detik. Tambahkan telur. Wah, nyenengin banget liat semua seger-seger. Tapi saking banyaknya, malah bingung mo beli apa. &lt;br /&gt;Lewat tukang jual pisang ambon, beli, niatnya mo buat banana cake (sampe sekarang belum terlaksana, nunggu pisangnya hampir busuk dulu, hehe). Abis itu, mampir ke toko tacik tempat aku biasa beli bakso waktu awal-awal di Jakarta. Tadinya sih mau ngejajan aja, beli kue mangkok, tapi trus pengen juga liat kulit pangsit. Mumpung masih ada daging ayam giling di kulkas, bisa bikin pangsit deh. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bikinnya baru hari ini, dipas-pasin ama jadwal libur, biar konsen gitu masaknya. Taruh 1 sdt adonan di kulit pangsit. Lipat sesuka hati. Perekatnya pake air aja. Abis itu, tinggal goreng deh.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hasilnya...rada keasinan! Soalnya dikasih 1/2 sdt kok keknya kurang asin. Tapi, pas ditambahin jadi keasinan. Asli ini bikinanku, walau seperti biasa dapet resepnya dari nyontek sana-sini. Sabtu pagi yang gerimis, aku ngrumpi ama tetangga kamar ditemani segelas milo panas. Dia cerita di kantornya abis ada pesta bakar-bakar ayam pake wajan happ*call. Meski hapenya jadul, koneksi internet tetep lancar). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alhamdulillah banget nemu yang cucok, di &lt;a href="http://dapurkueoma.blogspot.com/2010/01/ayam-bakar.html"&gt;Dapur Kue Oma&lt;/a&gt; (sumber Sedap Sekejap). Makasih ya, mbak yang punya blog :))&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;1 ekor ayam (potong sesuai selera)&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm air asam jawa&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm air jeruk nipis&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm minyak goreng (untuk menumis)&lt;br /&gt;1 gelas air&lt;br /&gt;60 ml kecap manis&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu halus:&lt;br /&gt;5 bh cabe merah (kalau ngga suka bisa dihilangkan)&lt;br /&gt;10 bh bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;4 bh bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;4 bh kemiri&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt merica bubuk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;1.Rendam ayam dengan air asam jawa dan air jeruk nipis kurang lebih 15 menit. Fungsi rendaman ini ternyata untuk membuat ayam tidak lembek setelah agak lama digodok&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;selain itu juga menambah rasa pada ayam bakar.&lt;br /&gt;2.Haluskan bumbu halus, tumis dengan minyak goreng, masukkan ayam, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;3.Tambahkan kecap dan air, masak hingga airnya kering.&lt;br /&gt;4. Setelah airnya kering, panggang diatas panggangan.&lt;br /&gt;5.Sajikan dengan sambal dan lalapan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Versiku enggak pake kemiri, soalnya nggak punya, trus jeruk nipisnya udah pada kering, jadi diganti pake jeruk lemon. Takerannya pun ngga persis di resep, dikira-kira ajah. Lalu, manggangnya bukan di atas bara api, tapi di wajan happ*call kebanggaanku. Hahaa. Rasanya sih udah oke, pas di lidah. Tapi karena masak ayam beserta bumbunya kurang lama, bumbunya kurang meresap ke daging, dan ada bagian daging yang belom matang sempurna.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aaaahh, kali ini pun hasil percobaan belom maksimal. Aku bingung lagi.... Maksudnya sampe kek apa ya? Haruskah sekental pas bikin ontbijtkoek? *Parno euy*&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Walo ragu-ragu, ya wes lah... ngocok telornya berenti pas udah putih dan gula larut. Udah agak-agak mau kental gitu....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Daaan, insiden pun terjadi waktu manggang (aku pakai loyang tulban). Awalnya sih baek-baek aja, sampe kemudian muncul sedikit retakan di permukaan. Kupikir gak papalah, dikit inih. Trus aku tinggal motong-motong sayuran (multitasking nih ceritanya, disambi masak). Eh diliat lagi, retakannya udah merembet dan kemudian rata! Bener-bener merekah di bagian atas. Liat-liat bahan dan cara bikinnya ternyata simpel banget. Kebetulan abis beli loyang loaf pula. Jadi, wajib nyobain dong. Browsing resep, nemu beberapa, dan ini yang aku pake, hasil ngintip di dapur &lt;a href="http://hesti-myworkofart.blogspot.com/2010/08/ontbytkoek.html"&gt;Mbak Hesti&lt;/a&gt; (dimodifikasi dari buku &lt;i&gt;Cake Klasik Nyonya Rumah&lt;/i&gt;).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-OH4X8DseaV0/TwrIBYE-61I/AAAAAAAAAdQ/1xvjTczSrWY/s1600/IMG_1379-gagal.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"&gt;&lt;img border="0" height="400" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-OH4X8DseaV0/TwrIBYE-61I/AAAAAAAAAdQ/1xvjTczSrWY/s400/IMG_1379-gagal.JPG" width="356" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;- 150 gr gula aren/gula palem, iris halus&lt;br /&gt;- 50 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;- 6 butir telur ayam&lt;br /&gt;- 2 sdt bumbu spekuk&lt;br /&gt;- 150 gr tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;- 3 sdm mentega/margarin, lelehkan (aku pake margarin)&lt;br /&gt;- 100 gr kenari cincang (diganti almon)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 1. Kocok gula aren dan gula pasir bersama telur hingga kental.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 2. Masukkan tepung dan bumbu spekuk. Aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 3. Tuang margarin/butter ke dalam adonan, diaduk perlahan sampai rata. Tambahkan 50 gr kenari. &lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 4. Tuang dalam loyang loaf yang dioles mentega dan ditaburi tepung. Taburi sisa kenari utuh.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 5. Panggang dalam oven panas 175 C selama kurang lebih 30 menit sampai matang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pas nyobain resep ini terjadi kesalahan fatal. Kocokan telur ama gulanya ternyata kurang kental, padaal prasaan udah lama ngocoknya. Baru berbusa-busa gitu, udah aku masukin tepungnya. Abis nggak tau kentalnya kek apa. Ternyata harus sampe berjejak, kalow miksernya diangkat, akan muncul jejak-jejak seperti pita. Efek dari kocokan telur yang kurang kental ini, kuenya bantat separo. Jadi yang bawah bantet, yang atas empuk kek sponge cake. Meski begitu, rasanya enak loh. Pas baru keluar dari oven, wangi rempah banget.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masih penasaran, aku nyoba lagi pake resep berbeda, dari dapur &lt;a href="http://ritaphotoalbum.multiply.com/journal/item/54/Ontbijtkoek?&amp;amp;show_interstitial=1&amp;amp;u=%2Fjournal%2Fitem"&gt;Mbak Rita&lt;/a&gt; (sumber: Sedap Sekejap). Resepnya sih tetep mirip-mirip yang pertama, cuma yang ini ada bubuk kayu manisnya. Panaskan oven 190 C&lt;br /&gt;2. Kocok telur + gula sampai mengembang dan kental&lt;br /&gt;3. Campur terigu, kayu manis, bumbu spekuk sampai rata, masukkan kedalam adonan telur.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan margarine cair, aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;5. Tuang kedalam loyang yang telah dioles mentega, taburi kenari...&lt;br /&gt;6. Sebelas tahun lalu, waktu masih kuliah di Yogya, aku terkenal nggak doyan ke dapur. Masak nasi pun nggak pernah. Paling pol tuh bantuin ibu ngiris bawang atau metikin sayuran. Sehari-hari, karena ngekos, aku makan di kantin kos/kampus.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aku terpaksa nyebur ke dapur pas kuliah kerja nyata di Boyolali, Jawa Tengah. Mau nggak mau, soalnya ibu yang rumahnya kami tempati nggak bersedia masakin. Praktis selama dua bulan, aku dan temen-temen cewek dapet tugas masak buat kami sekelompok. Udah gitu, hampir tiap pagi mesti belanja ke pasar, mana nggak bisa nawar. Hadoooh, bener-bener rasanya kek disiksa. Dua bulan jadi terasa lamaaaa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tapiii, itu dulu. Setelah kerja di Bandung, kira-kira lima tahun lalu, aku mulai tertarik ngelongok perdapuran. Bikin donat, roti goreng, atau olliebollen udah bisa (halah, itu kan setipe). Cuma, karena masih ngekos dan peralatan terbatas, ngedapurnya cuma sesekali. Hari libur lebih sering aku isi dengan wisata kuliner ke sana kemari. Nggak heran kalau aku lebih dikenal sebagai penghobi wisata makan-makan dan tempat bertanya buat temen-temen yang mo kulineran di Bandung. Di sini, aku ngontrak rumah bareng dua temen cewek. Dan, di rumah kontrakan inilah aku menemukan keasikan ngubek-ubek dapur, coba-coba resep. Berbekal wajan, panci, rice cooker, oven tangkring, dan beberapa loyang, aku mulai bisa leluasa memasak. Seringnya sih masak nasi, sayur, dan lauk buat bekal ke kantor. Hidup sehat gitu ceritanya. Aku juga suka nyobain resep-resep kue. Kalau libur, aku sekarang bisa betah banget di rumah, nangkring di depan oven (padaal Jakarta udah panasss ya). Kalaupun  pergi, ujung-ujungnya suka nyangkut ke tempat bahan/perlengkapan bikin kue, buku resep, atau  pernak-pernik buat motret hasil karyaku.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Selama ini hasil praktekku masih terbatas buat diri sendiri, keluarga, atau temen-temen kantor. Soalnya masih sering error, masih jauuuh dari sempurna. Tapi aku nggak patah semangat. Apa pun hasilnya, aku pamerin di blog ini... Utamanya sih buat dokumentasi. Alasan laen, biar bisa ditunjukin ke temen atau saudara, juga orangtua, ini loh aku bisa bikin kue, bisa masak. Dan bener aja, blog ini cukup sukses bikin mereka ngiler-ngiler plus kagum (atau shocked?) dengan "kemajuanku", hehe. Rasanya kurang afdol ya kalo ngoceh doang tanpa ada bukti aku dah bikin apa aja. Nah, kali ini aku tampilin kukis chococrunch yang aku buat pas libur Natal kemaren. Hasilnya memuaskan loohhh, bener-bener crunchy, dan laris manis cepet abis ama temen-temen kantor. Kalau males ngeklik link-nya, bisa simak di bawah ini.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kue Kering Milo Chococrunch&lt;br /&gt;(www.sajiansedap.com)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;175 gram margarin&lt;br /&gt;75 gram gula pasir halus&lt;br /&gt;1 butir telur&lt;br /&gt;50 gram milo&lt;br /&gt;200 gram tepung terigu protein rendah&lt;br /&gt;1/4 sendok teh baking powder&lt;br /&gt;50 gram cococrunch, ditumbuk kasar&lt;br /&gt;      &lt;br /&gt;Cara bikin:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt; Panaskan oven 140 derajat Celsius. Kocok margarin dan gula 45 detik.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Tambahkan telur sedikit-sedikit sambil dikocok rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Tambahkan milo. Kocok rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Tambahkan tepung dan baking powder sambil  diayak dan diaduk rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Tambahkan coco crunch. Aduk rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Sendokkan adonan di loyang yang sudah dioles dengan margarin. Diambil dari buku resep Kartini edisi bekal anak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;4 butir telur&lt;br /&gt;125 gram gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;200 gram margarin, lelehkan&lt;br /&gt;100 gram selai nanas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;200 gram tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt baking powder&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt baking soda&lt;br /&gt;1/4 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;(campur rata bahan kering. kalow aku, semua diayak dulu)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Remah keju:&lt;br /&gt;50 gram tepung terigu (aku pake protein tinggi)&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm margarin&lt;br /&gt;50 gram keju parmesan, parut (aku pake ceddar)&lt;br /&gt;(campur tepung dan margarin, aduk sampe berbutir-butir.  masukkan keju, aduk lagi sampe berbutir-butir.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-jsN9YKo7TW4/TwGTxk71mEI/AAAAAAAAAbw/z0N5-YnE-b8/s1600/IMG_1538-muffin1.JPG"&gt;&lt;img style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 284px; height: 400px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-jsN9YKo7TW4/TwGTxk71mEI/AAAAAAAAAbw/z0N5-YnE-b8/s400/IMG_1538-muffin1.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5692993883910543426" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Cara bikin muffinnya:&lt;br /&gt;- Kocok telur dan gula sampe mengembang. Setelah itu, masukkan terigu sedikit demi sedikit gantian ama margarin cair. Aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;- Tuang adonan ke dalam cetakan muffin yang udah diolesi margarin, 3/4 penuh aja. Kasih selai nanas, tutup lagi dengan adonan sampe cetakan penuh. Taburi dengan remah keju. Oven kira-kira 30 menit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Di buku resep, muffinnya agak cekung-cekung di tengah gitu. Kalow punyaku ada dua versi. Yang adonannya dituang sampe cetakan penuh jadinya kek jamur. Sengaja lewat gang sebelah biar ketemu bapak tukang daging (ikan dan ayam juga) yang kalow jam segitu mangkal di sana. Kalow nunggu si bapak lewat depan rumah, nyampenya udah siang, jadi barang-barangnya dah nggak lengkap lagi. Nih kopian resepnya:&lt;span style=";font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:85%;"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan:&lt;br /&gt;200 g filet ikan kakap, iris tipis&lt;br /&gt;tepung terigu secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;minyak goreng secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu rendam :&lt;br /&gt;½ sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;½ sdt merica&lt;br /&gt;¼ sdt ajinomoto (aku ga pake)&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saus:&lt;br /&gt;2 siung bawang putih, cincang&lt;br /&gt;1 buah cabai merah buang biji, iris tipis (gak kubuang bijinya)&lt;br /&gt;½ buah wortel, iris panjang (diganti sayuran beku)&lt;br /&gt;½ batang daun bawang, iris tipis (gak punya)&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm saus tomat (pake sachet-an dapet dari makanan cepat saji)&lt;br /&gt;100 ml air (kira-kira doang)&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm minyak goreng&lt;br /&gt;3 sdm  saus teriyaki (pake 2 sdm aja)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara masak:&lt;br /&gt;1).   Rendam ikan dengan bumbu, lalu   lumuri dengan tepung terigu hingga rata. Goreng hingga&lt;br /&gt;    berwarna kecoklatan.&lt;br /&gt;2).   Tumis bawang putih hingga harum, tambahkan cabai merah, wortel, dan daun bawang,&lt;br /&gt;    aduk hingga rata. Masukkan air, saus tomat dan saus teriyaki, masak hingga&lt;br /&gt;    mengental.&lt;br /&gt;3).   Angkat dan sajikan kakap goreng dengan sausnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hari ini resepnya udah aku uji coba. Gampang dan cepet banget masaknya. Nggak ada acara goreng ikan meledak-ledak lagi. Kue ini jadi cemilan di acara makan siang ama sahabat yang mo pergi kuliah ke luar negeri. Senengnya lagi, dapet komentar "enak" dari seorang temen yang hobi kuliner. Setelah lama nginget-inget, i got it. Yak, rasanya lebih mirip getuk pisang khas Kediri itu! Aku mengikuti cara yang paling simpel, yaitu semua bahan dicampur jadi satu dan diblender. Cepet banget.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Trus, biar imut, aku pake cetakan poffertjes (padaal emang punyanya cuma cetakan itu si, hehe). Tapi hasil pertamanya ternyata malah amit-amit. Rada gosong trus pas diangkat kempes. Nggak banget deh pokoknya. Mungkin olesan minyaknya kebanyakan (takut lengket di cetakan), plus apinya kegedean.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cetakan kloter kedua sama ketiganya alhamdulillah sukses (ukuran sukses buat pemula loh ya), imut-imut walopun polos tanpa aksen kismis di atasnya. Karena adonannya rada lembek, langsung aja aku gulingin di tepung roti. Lalu, simpen dulu di kulkas kira-kira 30 menit, baru digoreng. Kapan-kapan kalo dah praktek pasti dipamerin di sini.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Balik ke Jakarta, masi males masak, lagi banyak pe-er, sih. Eh, baru dua hari nggak bawa bekal, udah ditanya-tanyain. Padaal, aku kan seorang amatiran yang nggak bisa ngerjain banyak hal dalam waktu bersamaan. Kalo lagi banyak kerjaan, libur masak. Kalo lagi pengen jalan-jalan, ya libur lagi. Bikin rencana ngabisin libur di luar rumah gagal total. Akhirnya di rumah aja. Males masak, tapi pengen bikin sesuatu. Setelah baca-baca buku resep, pilihan jatuh pada puding, yang bahan-bahannya ada semua. Nggak begitu &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;matching &lt;/span&gt;sama cuaca yang kelabu sih, tapi namanya juga lagi pengen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Resepnya pake &lt;a href="http://dapurbunda.blogspot.com/2006/02/puding-coklat-kuah-vanila.html"&gt;resep ini&lt;/a&gt;, tapi yang udah diterbitin di buku &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Cooking with Love&lt;/span&gt;. Di buku, &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;dark cooking chocolate&lt;/span&gt;-nya cuma 100 gram. Jadi aku nurut yang di buku aja. Soalnya stok DCC-ku nggak banyak. Takarannya kira-kira :p&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;Semua bumbu dimasukin bersamaan dengan air buat kuah, rebus ampe mendidih. Setelah itu baru masukin sayurannya, dimulai dari jagung, tunggu agak empuk, dilanjutin oyong, terakhir bayem. Jangan lupa cicipin dulu. Kalo udah pas boleh diangkat, kalo belum ya direvisi dulu. Kalo udah nggak ada waktu lagi, daripada sayurnya jadi bubur, mending tetep diangkat juga. Soalnya lebih cepet. Tinggal iris-iris, campur, masak deh. Pas dia dateng, bisa dipamerin, hehe *narsis*. Abis itu dicampurin ma kocokan telur beserta bumbu-bumbunya. Trus, dimasak di &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;double pan&lt;/span&gt; serbaguna h*ppyc*ll...Hahaha, masih dalam rangka mengkaryakan &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;gadget&lt;/span&gt; baru niih. Mo pake wajan biasa ato wajan teflon juga bisa kok. Fleksibel ajah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Martabak versi ini nggak pake adonan kulit ya, jadi hasil akhirnya mirip omelet tebal gitu Tapi asal bumbunya pas, pasti enak kok. Masakan ibuku tuh nggak aneh-aneh. Nggak ada takaran pasti bumbunya seberapa. Cemplung-cemplung, jadi deh, dan selalu enakkk. Sayur bening, oseng-oseng, sayur lodeh, tempe goreng, sayur lombok ijo, pisang goreng, sop, urap, pecel (dengan bumbu buatan sendiri), sambel brambang gulo (bawang merah-gula). Sluuurppp...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Semua masakan ibu aku suka, salah satunya oseng terong. Kalo pulang ke rumah, tanpa diminta, ibu selalu bikinin masakan ini. Terong yang dipake selalu terong ijo yang bulet-bulet, bukan yang lonjong apalagi ungu, dan kadang dari kebun sendiri. Bumbunya cuma bawang merah, bawang putih, cabe keriting hijau yang diiris tanpa talenan, garem, gula (keknya sih gula merah). Tapi, demi membuat bekal ke kantor nggak tumisan melulu, akhirnya nyobainlah bikin terong balado. Sekalian &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;nge-launching&lt;/span&gt; cobek yang dibawa dari Bandung, hehe.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbunya seadanya banget. Cuma bawang merah, bawang putih, cabe, diulek. Nggak lupa garem ama gula. Bagian ngulek ini cukup menantang. Dari dulu, selagi bisa, aku akan menghindar dari pekerjaan jenis ini. Soalnya makan waktu dan energi. Capek deh. Tapi karena nggak ada orang lain di rumah, terpaksa ngulek sendiri. Mo pake&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt; food processor&lt;/span&gt; juga tanggung, soalnya porsinya imut.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nguleknya lumayan lama, nggak alus-alus. Udah gitu, bawang merahnya bikin nangis bombay. Ampuuunn deh, cita-cita pengen punya katering, tapi ngulek bawang merah segitu doang air mata meleleh-leleh...Huehe. Mo ditumis pake bawang putih ma garem doang, atopun dengan bumbu yang lebih lengkap (ditambah bawang bombay sama saos tiram doang, maksudnya :p), aku sukaaa banget.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dulu sih kalo beli pakcoy di supermarket, Rp 5.000-an dapetnya cuma dikit. Sekarang, sayuran ini gampang banget aku dapetin di Pasar Palmerah, dan harganya murah meriah. Beli Rp 2.000 aja udah dapet banyak. Biasanya kalo pagi menjelang siang tuh aku emang suka lemot, jadi sering terjadi hal yang aneh-aneh. Pas bikin kue ini juga terjadi kesalahan bikin karamel. Harusnya kan gulanya dimasak tanpa air, biarin sampe mencair. Lha aku malah gula sama airnya langsung dicampur. Jadilah air gula, bukannya karamel. Dodooool. Meski di resep kue versi &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;double pan&lt;/span&gt; itu tertulis wanti-wanti lapisan kue bakal sedikit basah, aku sempet deg-degan waktu liat kueku berair banyak. Udah dibuka pan-nya juga airnya nggak kering-kering. Akhirnya pake ajian membalik pan aja, dan ternyata sukseeeess.... Pendampingnya telor ceplok ama tempe yang dibumbuin bawang iris n garem doang. Kenapa bawang iris? Karena cobeknya kan baru, masih luntur gitu kalo buat ngulek..padaal udah dicuci berkali-kali.
